      Team was broadly very nice

      Cons

      It was hard to get things done or have a voice here. Given very unclear direction and micromanaged because the output would not necessarily meet expectations (because of unclear direction, a never ending and frustrating cycle). No room for growth, and no desire for innovation or forward-thinking.

      Decent wage, discount (only useful if you’re already wealthy)

      Everything else. Worst company I have ever worked for. Horrible work environment, awful co workers, management is fake. The only way you will grow in this business is if you previously worked as a sales associate for Elysewalker and Elyse decided to let you work corporate even though you have 0 experience or qualifications. Fires people left and right quietly, and only promotes the higher ups who don’t do anything for the company besides travel for fun & pretend like they’re working, then hand all the work to associates and assistants.
