Pros
Leadership has incredible vision for the future and actually acts on it. Lots of innovation and freedom for employees to voice suggestions and brainstorm new and creative ways to help the company succeed. The owner, Mark McCourt, is incredibly loyal to his staff and generously rewards even the lowest of warehouse workers based on their pursuit of excellence. If the company does well, he seeks to take care of his employees. Really great company to work for!
Cons
During the busy season it can get kind of hectic when everyone is called on to "wear multiple hats" but the leadership takes this into account and provides a lot of grace and hands on instruction.
