Pros
Workload is not too heavy, they pay for your certifications, Andy and Erik are always nice and collaborative. If you want to grow in a certain area, they are willing to let you take the related opportunities
Cons
Since it's a small company there might be areas that are not so developed, like Design, but it looks like we're getting there
