1) No transparency in financial matters
2) Delayed salaries
3) There are 25 former employees for whom the settlement is not yet done
4) The management will say a date and promise to pay settlement on that date, but CEO will not do anything on that date, he will give another date
5) Without a PF account the employer detects PF amount from the employees, this is a severe criminal offense.
6) The management will respect you only if they need your expertise, once work is done they will never even say a thanks
My kindest request is please never join that company. They are the worst nonprofessionals, but they will pose as if they expect others to be professional to them. Worst night mare of my life.
