Pros

eGain is an innovative company that is using Artificial Intelligence and Analytics to solve the problems of customer contact centers. Great products, very capable workforce, good work culture, fair pay with good benefits and above all excellent opportunities to learn and innovate.

Cons

Being way ahead of its time always poses some challenges specifically in the beginning as the use of AI and Analytics in contact center was still in nascent stage about 20 years ago. However, 20 years of hard work is now starting to pay off as the customers have started to appreciate the value of eGain products in solving their problems.

Pros

Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

Cons

Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
