Small company, so things can be transparent with the senior management at SOME point, though they are neglected!
Cons
Most of the people have been working for decades and more, and along with the Sr. management they are never ready to adopt the new trends/ things. They will never welcome you if you are joining at a mid/ senior level and they'll always find ways to put you down, since they have to maintain their fake impression in front of everyone! So be ready to face the worst office politics. They hire people with some unplanned ideas and will through you out when they realize that there is no work for you. Some higher management people would act like they can even control your personal life too. If you are planning to join this company, be sure to be as good as possible in front of the management, they'll appreciate you even if you are good for nothing and sit idly. It's highly possible that the earlier positive comments mentioned here are all FAKE!!! This company can't be rated more than 2* So guys, don't leave your job if you are satisfied wherever you are working right now or try with some good company rather and if you have already decided to join them please think again.
