Pros
Employee stock ownership that you keep when you leave. Managers are very accommodating for time off/sick days.
Cons
Priorities of their business need serious review. Health insurance is crazy high. Management is inexperienced and struggles to find the right processes to increase productivity. Anyone who voices their displeasure with the company in any way gets dismissed. The wrong people get fired and the worst ones get promoted. No communication between the management/office/engineering and the production employees. Employees are the last to know about any changes to production.
