      Always work to do. So many fires to put out because management doesn’t help.

      Management is in constant turmoil with internal colleagues. Wastes money on travel and doesn’t zone in on what’s important.

      Small size (lone person reporting to outside)- No benefits Management will put one under the pump; be ready to do everything for one; 3rd party Admin/HR+others will lowball Uncertain future with M&A
