Pros

Great exposure on internal processes and flows before a product released publicly. Salary and perks above average, but you could need to have a strong mental to handle the work.

Cons

Lack of a structured onboarding process and standard operating procedures during initial integration especially for new joiners from different domain due to it's typical Chinese startup business nature. Navigating logics and business workflows through "organic growth" without clear mentoring or organized documentation created unnecessary friction. There are endless meetings where the agenda often has little to no relevance to your actual scope of work, leading to operational fatigue. If you are prioritizing salary above market benchmark you may join to train your working efficiency, mental and communication with people from different culture. Unfriendly Environment for Juniors/Executives: Overall, the fast-paced and unstructured ecosystem is highly unfriendly for executive or junior-level new joiners who require proper guidance.

Pros

Some people in the company are nice to work with.

Cons

I would strongly advise against working for this company. My experience was marked by a lack of professionalism and clear favoritism toward certain individuals. There are members of management who appear ill-equipped to lead teams effectively, which contributes to a difficult work environment. There is a noticeable culture of backstabbing and poor communication and limited support for employees. Opportunities for career progression are minimal, and salary reviews are lacking. The leadership and management structure feels disorganised and incompetent. It has been the most unprofessional workplace I have ever encountered. The management employs individual whom they are friends with, individuals with lack of experience or skills who are placed into senior roles. No salary is worth the money in this company.

Pros

The downsides outweigh the benefits. I heard that in the early days, they served bubble tea twice a week, but now it’s only once a week.

Cons

Whether you're a recent graduate or someone with work experience, it's hard to join the development or testing teams. The management is “Team China,” and they'll gaslight you. By the way, there's no work-life balance because it's a Chinese company, and the management doesn't act like management—there's no sign of progress, or rather, everything is so vague that you have to guess what the management is thinking
