Company lost site of its guiding star. The growth ambition to be more than a boutique on the safety culture space was not supported by fresh blood at Executive Leadership Team, which has led recently to loss of rising talent across the world. The noble purpose communicated externaly to save lives and create a better world does not translate into the internal reality, where the focus has been on valuation for the next equity event of which the current executive team will be the greatest beneficiary, whilst leaving the business without a true foundation for future growth. Failure to integrate acquired businesses with the majority of the founders of the acquired businesses leaving due to misalignment with the buying side, which tells a lot on the ability of Top Leaders to take others points of view. Similar inability to take inputs and other views from fresh blood even at partner level at regional level, who are treated as lower class by some of the regional executives have led to a significant increase in turnover of talent.
