Pros

4-day work weeks, work independently throughout the day, job security, work relationships with customers

Cons

Hard work with no real clear vision. Company seems to want to constantly grow and expand but the values and culture foundation have eroded away leaving band-aids all over the place. Seemingly too proud to bring talent in from the outside to help contribute with the growth. Huge disconnect between service and sales where as they seem to be two different companies within one. For a company that used to rely on the fact that is was better than their competition has given in to the almighty dollar to gain that competitive advantage. Huge talent losses over the past year, but they feel that they are better off without those people and simply chalk it up to the Great Resignation. I challenge you to look deeper! Teamwork also isn't a priority here.
