Pros

- Most people are great and extremely kind and hardworking. - Snacks and drinks in the kitchen.

Cons

- The micromanaging here is on another level that I have never experienced anywhere else. If you can't trust employees to do their jobs or are going to speak to them in condescending tones that are passive aggressive, you shouldn't be leading a company. - You're expected to complete newly assigned tasks immediately with no notice and no explanation of why you're being asked to do them. - The communication from the founders is nonexistent. ICs find out about huge business shifts/changes in passing and then have no clarity on how this affects their job duties. Things pivot daily so don't even bother getting used to a new workflow. It'll switch up on you within the next 24 hours. The CEO and CPO are not on the same page 9 out of 10 times and the two of them will tell the same person completely different things regarding business decisions. And yes they are married and claim that this is due to them "not discussing work matters at home." No one is expecting you to discuss these things at home, they should be discussed at work so that your teams know exactly what's going on when it comes to the company and their jobs. - The leadership decisions are an absolute joke. Being book smart does not equate to being a strong leader and knowing how to run a business. - Downtown parking is NOT reimbursed, but public transit fees are. They claim this is to "promote sustainability" but the founders themselves drive to the office every week.

We do our best to strike a good balance between guidance and trust in our team’s expertise. According to our recent, anonymous employee engagement survey, 80% of employees feel they have the autonomy they need to do their job well, and we’re working to raise that number every year. As for communication, clear and unified messaging is really important to us. A lot of our leadership meetings are focused on aligning goals, though we know that some decisions can feel a bit scattered in such a fast-paced environment. That does not mean they don't come without thought and reason, both of which we convey as often as possible. We’re always open to improving the processes we have in place to make things clearer and more consistent, especially when it comes to big shifts. Our commitment to sustainability drives our support for public transit options since studies show it can cut individual carbon footprints by up to 45%. We know driving may be necessary for some, and we try to be upfront about our approach from day one. While our founders do drive to work, they use fully electric vehicles, which helps align with our sustainability goals. Ultimately, we appreciate and respect all our employees, whether they fill up at a gas station or plug in their car. For anyone reading these reviews, we encourage you to look at things from a balanced perspective. You may notice a trend that shows whenever there’s a positive review, a negative one tends to pop up right after, and it’s usually the negative reviews that get marked as 'helpful.' While we respect everyone’s experiences, and we are not invalidating their perspective, it’s possible that some of these perspectives come from a smaller group of past employees. We’d love for readers to consider all the feedback here to get a fuller picture of our company.

Pros

Selling the product was a breeze! The location is perfect if you're already living in Atlanta. The team members are awesome, and we all work together seamlessly to get things done. I also really appreciated how quickly they moved the hiring process along.

Cons

I had a terrible experience at this job. I quickly realized it wasn't the right fit for me and decided to leave. The company's founders lacked foresight, which caused many unnecessary problems. I didn't interact much with them at first, but that changed when I started asking questions. They were egotistical and often prevented actual work from being done. If you questioned them, you were expected to apologize (ha), and getting a clear answer was like pulling teeth. Many people outside the office also had negative opinions about them, including clients and former peers (🤯). I've been gone for a few months now, and it seems like nothing has changed. I wouldn't be surprised to see negative headlines about the company in the future. If you're still on the fence, 100% of the negative Glass Door reviews are authentic. Thanks to everyone who shared their stories – reading them made me laugh, so I wanted to share my own.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed working with the team, and it’s always great to know our hiring process and location made things easier for you! In our most recent anonymous engagement survey, we’re proud to report that 85% of our current employees expressed satisfaction with the work they do. Additionally, 100% feel comfortable reaching out to their team members for help when they need it, which speaks to our supportive and collaborative work culture. We also know it’s impossible for any singular employee (former or current) to confirm the authenticity of every anonymous review, especially since Glassdoor reviews date back years and reflect a range of perspectives. While we know we aren’t a perfect fit for everyone, we respect and support our team members when they choose a new path that’s right for them. For anyone reading these reviews, we encourage you to look at things from a balanced perspective.
