A lot of our leadership meetings are focused on aligning goals, though we know that some decisions can feel a bit scattered in such a fast-paced environment. That does not mean they don't come without thought and reason, both of which we convey as often as possible. We’re always open to improving the processes we have in place to make things clearer and more consistent, especially when it comes to big shifts. Our commitment to sustainability drives our support for public transit options since studies show it can cut individual carbon footprints by up to 45%. We know driving may be necessary for some, and we try to be upfront about our approach from day one. While our founders do drive to work, they use fully electric vehicles, which helps align with our sustainability goals. Ultimately, we appreciate and respect all our employees, whether they fill up at a gas station or plug in their car.
