Truth - If your not family or friends with the owner you will NOT go far Truth - Management need to be revamped and train the employees on what they expect but also management needs to meet with their teams to see the employees expectations as well Truth - Company has potential if owner open his eye to under paid workers and non-experienced managers. By giving parties and little bonus will NOT keep the employees happy. Truth - Owner also treats the employees like children and very unprofessional approach to employee interaction with owner.
