Pros

Growing market, exciting product, and great team. Yes we're a startup so it's not easy! But we work together every day and make huge progress despite all the challenges. Everyone on the team is super committed and friendly. Last week some of us where having lunch together in a restaurant and the waiter asked if we're friends or colleagues, we all replied together - both! We work from home which is super convenient, and get to work and speak with some of the biggest retailers and brands in the world. Every idea is listened to and creative initiatives are fun to work on. I get to set my work hours as I see fit and have the flexibility to combine personal life, workout etc whenever works for me.

Cons

It's a startup, so not super stable, as all startups are. I would prefer a hybrid work model where we work from an office 1-2 a week, but that might be just me as everyone seems to be super comfortable working from home.

Pros

Live stream shopping is a very cool space!

Cons

While working at a live stream shopping tech company is exciting, it can also be very challenging. The pace of work is incredibly fast, and the expectations can feel overwhelming, especially during peak shopping seasons. The nature of live events means that problems often need to be solved immediately, leading to late nights and high-pressure situations. Work-life balance can be hard to maintain, and the intensity might not be for everyone. Additionally, because the industry is still relatively new, processes and strategies often change frequently, which can make it difficult to feel stable or fully aligned with long-term goals.
