Day to day employees are not listened to. Leaderships holds cheesy brainstorms to hear what you have to say but ultimately do what they want to do regardless. Too many to list.

Leadership is wildly out of touch. Seem to have developed a reputation amongst other agencies.
The company/production of work isn't set up to satisfy clients in the way a lot of others seem to be. Creatives have their work front-end loaded and then are given an extensive amount of time to complete, which leads to them missing deadlines and clients wondering how long it takes to create a social ad.
