      Good benefits that protect employee Good salary Very nice offices Good work life balance Big organisation so more opportunities available

      Cons

      Such an over complicated place to work. I spent most of my time confused and frustrated Very hierarchical, it was so difficult to have decisions signed off on. It’s so risk averse that it doesn’t trust an employees work or decision. Management did not have our back.
