Pros
The workload definitely taught our group a thing or two about multitasking. Conversations with industry counterparts lead me to believe that analyst responsibilities at BP encompass a broader range of duties than most which can be valuable when job searching. Benefits are also good.
Cons
Management does not recognize employees and every move made is for their own gain rather than for the team they lead. Snide and demeaning remarks have been made with no repercussion. They lack the knowledge and experience of their employees which creates resentment when their employees are doing 10 times the amount of work.
