      Good WLB Things were good till last year but not anymore

      Cons

      SDE reports to business manager with no knowledge of tech Recently introduce mandatory 'development needed' for 15% people from every team. This has created toxic work environment among colleagues. No one help anyone here as no one want to be bottom performer. Every town-hall is about cost cutting hinting negative future growth.
