      Pros

      This is a great company to be a part of. The people and culture are great. It is very collaborative, transparent, and supportive. Everyone in the leadership team genuinely cares about the mission and the team.

      Cons

      Team is spread out throughout the country and therefore difficult to get together in-person for things like an all-company meeting or an event.

      -Remote -Work-life balance -Neurodivergent -Almost no bullying -Encourages growth -1:1 meetings with job coaches -Fun events -Birthday acknowledgements

      Cons

      -Low pay -Terrible market outlook (see 3 and 4) -Low business demand -Lots of downtime with no work and pay -I don't approve of the new CEO
