Pros
auticon's consulting team (and colleagues of client organisations) are great people to talk to and was one of the best parts of working here. Some flexible working arrangements on whether to work remotely, on-site or mix the two; this depends on individual client requirements, though.
Cons
Lower than average pay rates compared to the market rate. Management may contact you and assert that they have a right to further information upon request, if you are away on personal/sick leave for more than a day. Legally, only HR has a right to request the required documents. Inability on management's part to take feedback on board when a consultant raises a concern about the management team's conduct while working with consultants on client projects.
