Pros
Really enjoyed my time here. Chef Richard Carolone is an amazing person. He genuinely cares about his staff. We were like a family. The work was hard at times but very rewarding. Like Most, I was furloughed due to the pandemic and ended up moving cross country. I'd go back in a heartbeat!
Cons
Like I said before, work load could be insane but what kitchen isn't. Not really a con, just a fact.
