We're sorry to hear that your experience at Zwift is not meeting your expectations, and we take your feedback seriously.
We acknowledge that recent company changes have left you feeling there is no clear direction for management, so we hope that the upcoming company get together will provide you with that clarity and direction. As mentioned in the recent company Q&A session, we also plan to run more regular All Hands and Q&A sessions to provide transparency and clarity to our Watopians.
