      Pros

      - Zwift enjoy pushing the limits and not being afraid of change. - Zwift was a fun place to work with very committed, talented and driven individuals. - C creativity levels at Zwift are extremely high with everyone having a glass half full attitude.

      Cons

      - Pay can be lower than the market average. - Decisions and change can come from from nowhere with no pre warning. Keeps you on your toes I guess. - Sometimes they make a wrong choice but that's what to expect when you join a company that is pushing the limits.

      Great work/life balance. Great atmosphere for learning and growing. Feeling like you have a direct impact on the product and customers.

      Cons

      Not too much I can say for the downside. I love my job.
