-Health benefits are too costly -No consistent raises -Toxic work environment -Rampant nepotism (A LOT of employees are related to someone) -Unprofessional behavior at times from upper management and other heads -Disfunction within other departments which results in an overall "cliquey" office culture -Obvious problematic employees are never dealt with, they are instead moved around to different departments away from conflict in short, no accountability.
