Great company, bad legal counsel - Inside Sales Representative Zurixx Employee Review

Quality people, great culture. Management was receptive to new ideas, feedback, etc. The company cared about employees and customers more than most other organizations I've experienced. Good flexibility when needed.

Company was too small to withstand blatant government overreach. Completely mis-characterized the company & owners. A few bad apples/mistakes (like any company has) eventually caused the company to close.

Zurixx cares about it's employees and offers them a lot perks that you generally don't find at other companies. There is a stocked fridge, soda machines, arcade games and massage chairs that are better than a lot of massage therapists. Zurixx really wants to make sure that their employees enjoy coming in to work. The company also donates large amounts of money to charity in order to help out the community. The owners are some of the most genuinely caring executives that I've ever worked for.

The new office building is really nice, but all the cubicles have really separated everyone and there's a lot less of the "family" atmosphere that was part of the company culture when I was first hired. People are a lot more cliquey and sometimes its difficult to feel included. With as quickly as the company is growing, and with the move to the new building, the company is going through some growing pains as they figure things out. This has caused some tension and I've noticed a lot of people are questioning "is this really for me?"
