Pros
The staff, trainers and members are the reasons why I love ZUM. The trainers are the best and love what they do! We have the best front desk staff....always personable and over qualified in what they offer! Amazing philosophy and fitness community.
Cons
Upper management and the board of directors are poor communicators, quick to make rash decisions, execution of policies and procedures is poor. There is very little to no empowerment of employees. Needs to be more encouraging, supportive and trustworthy.
