Nice infrastructure, good recruiters, nice office staff. very nice place to learn but not good place to grow
Cons
Management need to be more professional and has to come out from family business view. Treat your recruiter as a asset. Very limited chance of growth. You will start as recruiter and will end as a recruiter only. Manager is also doing recruiter and recruiter also doing the same job. Salary stacture need to grow.
