Pros
None really except for on paper it’s an american based company and benefits are good overall as per american company standards. People are highly skilled and really helpful.
Cons
This is an Indian management run company and they expect you to work as per Indian jurisdiction despite being hired in Australia. There is far too much micromanagement as they ask for accountability even for 5 minutes if you’re away from desk. All folks in TAC are extremely unhappy and majority have either moved to other non support roles within Zscaler itself or quit the organisation altogether. The support managers are completely inexperienced and don’t know how to manage a team overseas. Even trainings are expected to be completed over weekends because that’s how they do it in India.
