Pros
Amazing people to work :D It is a big family, everyone is helpful and nice. From all the departments people are ready to help. Amazing encounters with marine wild life, a once in a life time experience even if you work on the office and not in field. The team is perfect pulls up the best results with impossible timings. Office conditions are really good.
Cons
Hard working and dedication are not well compensated. Medium low salary offer. High season six mouth contract without the possibility to ever becoming a full timer. Lack of communication from management to the departments. Except to find impossible deadlines and poor advancement opportunities.
