Pros

Nothing. They steal you away from your previous lucrative job with false promises and promotions they then later take away.

Cons

See "pros." In addition, they have the lowest rate of pay for trainers in CO, their commissions are criminal (stays with trainer who "sold it" even if you continue to "sell it" to the client and once that first trainer leaves, the club keeps the commission). In sum, no one can live in this expensive state based on this peasant pay and criminal commission structure. This company is corrupt from the top down, won't advance in technology by continuing to pay via paper check YOU have to wait to deposit at their time (red flag of a bad business folks). Run as fast as you can from this place. They do not value their workers and will take away what they promised as soon as you get it.

Pros

Loved the gym and management. It’s training in a big box gym, expectations are high. Poor trainers won’t make it and will complain about management, but if you work hard and put in the hours they will reward you.

Cons

Members can be a hassle especially younger kids that go to the gym

Pros

Working as a personal trainer has many positives, mainly due to your clientele.

Cons

Company structure was lacking and extremely improvised. Dedication levels seemed more like a hobby instead of a business.
