      They were extremely kind to me during my tenure there. I worked remotely throughout college and they were always super flexible and accommodating to my changing schedule.

      Monotonous job & you get the occasional horrible customer, but that's not their fault

      Pros

      A little support from coworkers. That was the only thing helping people survive this place.

      Cons

      Brutally long hours. And if we ended up working beyond the hours we were supposed to, management would still blame us and act like we were too incompetent to finish the job on time. Meanwhile, overtime pay somehow never existed.
