Cons
Upper management wants you in their pocket. Hiring yes men/women to do their bidding with imposed delegation. No consideration towards mid level management, coordinator or associates. Member service & senior fleet management is a joke. Environment perpetuates manipulation amongst peers that have agendas of their own. If your of the old "Zipcar regime" you better get in line or get phased out quick. Upper management wants to bring in their own people from previous company's (Starbucks & NY Sport Club). HR department does upper management & Home Offices bidding with little to no concern about the outcome effecting moral.
