      Pros

      I had a great supervisor to lead me, who often talk to me over the phone and clearly instruct me on what is expected.

      Cons

      A bit unorganized, not structured enough. It was an unpaid internship which kind of demotivate me a lot. It was only paid with commission, which is hard to get.

      Pros

      Great company culture, good people with a good mission. Bringing financial services to the un-banked and less tech savvy? Great mission.

      Cons

      Did not understand the hierarchical structure. There was too much radio fuzz around what assignments were headed up by who and when they were to be completed- there was severe incoherence!
