Cons

After interview process went well, they made an offer and after handing in my notice. They pulled their offer leaving me in no mans land. Finally they followed through with the offer and after less than 2 months of work, they let me go after failing to secure client work that they hired me for in the first place.

-Remote working -Option to meet people in the office -A couple of social get-togethers a year with the company and team. -Office events. -Put an emphasis on learning and pay for certificates, courses etc. -Fully paid parental leave. -Great company for parents.

Cons

-Compared to Dublin jobs, salary potential is lower.
