There is nothing to be considered as pros for this company.

Cons

LIES - Company shows/represents false statistics about his strength, on going projects, client reviews, reputation etc. They totally lies about everything. 4 Companies under one roof - To show false strength of employees Zestard shares its office with other 3 companies (Wega Solutions, Smilotrics, Shrestasoft). So a candidate will have no idea about the actual strength & environment of the company. - Apart from this there are many employees are on contract bases (they are not hired as full time permanent employees) - You will have to work on projects/clients for this 4 companies. But you won't get any increment. SALARY - You won't get your full salary. Company has many rules to cut your salary. - Salary is not paid on time. There is no fix date. - Salary is paid very very late. You will get your salary on or after 12th day of the month. Sometime the date extends beyond 15th day of the month. EVENTS / ACTIVITIES - No activities or events organized for refreshment. Not even on "Diwali". LEAVES - Leave policy is poor. You have to beg for your paid leaves by giving reasons to get your leave approved. GROWTH - No growth here. Neither increment nor any skills. Work Environment / Culture - You will be assigned work on your time of leaving the office. You will be asked to complete the work in a very soft/polite way. So you will have to stay even after office hours. - There is no compensate for overtime. You won't get any compensate even if you came on holiday to complete your work. - Employees cannot talk freely with each other. They are constantly monitored. - You get only 45 mins of lunch break. There are no other breaks allowed. If you take any more breaks then your salary will be cut. NOTICE PERIOD - There is a notice period of 2-3 months. Which is very very long. - There is no guarantee that you will get paid for your notice period. - No leaves are allowed in notice period. If you take your salary will get cut. COMPANIES RELATIONSHIP WITH EMPLOYEES - 2 to 3 past employees have taken legal action against this company for not paying their 2 months salary of notice period. - Everyone from the sales team left the company. Some of them resigned and some absconded. REPUTATION - There is no reputation of this company. - It is 6-7 years old company with no growth at all. - They have bad client reviews. No healthy relationships with employees as well.

He did some serious mischief to the agency where we have to take harsh actions against him. There is not a single Legal action taken by agency or any of the employee till date. (We have threaten this guy for the legal actions due to his activities) Most of the review notes are beyond the limit. If the agency was such a bad place to work then why he was there for 1-2 year of time (as mentioned by him for review). How can one agency / business survive for 10+ years or can deliver any work, if they have so many issues as mentioned :) . Pros

I recently had the pleasure of working at Zestard Technologies, and I can say that it was good experience there. From the get-go, the management was supportive and genuinely amazing. They provided invaluable guidance that helped me grow professionally. One thing that stood out to me was their willingness to accommodate temporary work-from-home arrangements when necessary. While WFH wasn't standard policy, they were open to discussing it, especially in urgent situations. Mr. Anuj and Mr. Boni were particularly helpful in this regard. The company culture at Zestard is truly exceptional. They foster an environment where you're trusted to work independently, which is incredibly empowering. Moreover, there's a strong emphasis on work-life balance, which is something I deeply appreciated. I also have to mention the annual trips. These are not your average outings; Zestard goes all out, treating employees to fantastic locations and luxurious accommodations at five-star hotels. It's a wonderful opportunity to bond with colleagues and unwind outside of the office. The HR team deserves a special shoutout for their friendliness and attentiveness to employee concerns. They genuinely listen and strive to make the workplace better for everyone. And let's not forget about the little perks like timely salaries, fun activities, and delicious refreshments. It's the little things that make a big difference in enhancing the overall work experience. If you're considering joining Zestard Technologies, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
