Pros

- Ultra-flat hierarchy. If you have ideas and want to drive things forward, you can! The company admires openness, transparency, and family values. - Life at a startup while still being part of a large Aviation group. Being part of LHG has tons of benefits (e.g. flight benefits, tons of other discounts, brand recognition, etc) - Interesting projects mostly within LHG and some outside LHG. - People: the best ones I have ever had a chance to work with! Super smart and helpful! - Office: center of Europe, location at the heart of FRA. Best for flying and traveling. - Good opportunity to learn, work and create impact.

Cons

- Organization is still evolving in the world of self-management/ Holacracy and it might not be for everyone. If you're looking for a job where you want to have a manager who would mentor you and guide you, might not have the best experience at zeroG. - Post-COVID, aviation has been quite a challenging industry. Things might not be as exciting as in other industries (e-commerce, tech). So business is still shakey globally for airlines - Large dependency on LHG market (might be a boon but also a con, because during rough time getting projects might be a struggle)

Pros

- Flat hierachies, but still has a great leadership with their Managing Director - Great colleagues from diverse backgrounds - Good salary with great perks (flight benefits!) - A lot of interesting projects - Fun off-sites and hackathons - Many opportunities to participate in all parts of the company, but you're not forced to

Cons

- The hiring procedure went through a lot of restructuring and was a bit chaotic at some time - Your work varies strongly on the projects you're assigned to

Pros

Potential for learning if you have time

Cons

Unrealistic Expectations: The company has a habit of overpromising to clients and then underdelivering, which leads to a stressful work environment. Skill Gap: Many employees, particularly recent hires, have impressive academic credentials but lack practical experience. This can lead to inefficiencies and slow down projects. There seems to be a reluctance from some to learn new skills or adapt to changing needs. Toxic Work Culture: A culture of arrogance exists among some senior employees who view themselves as superior to newer colleagues. This can lead to gossiping, negativity, and a top-down communication style that stifles creativity and initiative.
