Pros
A few colleagues care and do their best despite the environment. Some projects can be interesting, but that’s where the positives end.
Cons
Favoritism is rife across departments. Advancement and recognition often appear influenced by personal relationships or bias rather than performance, experience or qualifications. Many employees feel that opportunities for promotion are not equal or fairly distributed. Pay rises are rare, and the new owners have increasingly pushed sales responsibilities onto everyone without offering fair compensation or proper support. Ethical standards also feel inconsistent at best. Decisions are often made with little regard for fairness, transparency, or employee wellbeing. The company’s main focus seems to be keeping numbers up, no matter the cost. Despite multiple complaints and repeated feedback from staff, nothing ever changes. The same issues persist: lack of fairness, no accountability, and no path for growth. Morale is low, and it often feels like management either doesn’t listen or doesn’t care. Joining this company was one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my career.
