Not a nice place to work - 3D VISUALISER Zero Zero One Employee Review

This review has only recently come to my attention. While we appreciate all feedback and are looking constantly to improve our working environment. Said candidate did not have the required skills or experience to manage jobs by themselves as they were fresh out of education. The person in question had qualifications in VFX which we assumed would be transferable to our required skills. However this proved to be more difficult and far more problematic than we anticipated. In hindsight he wasn't correct for the roll and put pressure on himself and ourselves. All said the employee left by mutual agreement as we both agreed this was the right decision for both parties. It is my understanding that the employee is now working in VFX and we wish him all the best.
