      Exciting in the beginning, learned TONS to begin with . Looked promising..

      Cons

      Owner was ALL OVER the place, and not able to focus on one thing! Expectations of employees unreal! Made MANY PROMISES to customers that we could NOT keep and handed them over to employees! Will RUN EMPLOYEES INTO THE GROUND! Favorite saying was "business is personal, and personal is business", great if you own the company, but employees have lives and families to attend to outside work as well! Running about 5 different side businesses ( poorly) at once, including "trying to launch a tv network" which was a joke for sales people expected to bring in revenue with NO real numbers!

      You wear many hats, so you learn a lot of new things.

      Cons

      Company managers/owners are ADD! You do 5 things at once and they have unrealistic expectations of any sales managers/sales person. They also promise the world to any client they pitch and once business is landed its forgotten by them and you have to do everything! There is very little work/life balance here, as you are expected to do it all... Healthcare is a nightmare, 401k does not exist, and taking a vacation is a joke here! They WILL call you on your vacation......overall it's a very horribly managed company!
