Pros
You learn fast here because there’s always constructive feedback available. I mean this in a positive way – the team culture is strong — people genuinely want each other to succeed, and I don’t feel I’ve ever but heads with anyone else. I like that SOPs and systems are cleanly documented — I always know where to look first before asking, and when I first started that was my #1 concern going into the role.
Cons
Adaptability helps a lot here. Tools and expectations get refined often, and you have to be comfortable adjusting – I’d say this is an overall positive, however, not everyone is used to that, so wanted to be transparent.
