Hybrid option is nice they did have flex start times but change it recently. But that’s it.
Cons
Where do I start commissions are trash they push for starts and interviewers so the company gets chunks of the money. The commissions they give you is horrible not even worth all the time you put into a candidate. No leadership you mess up it’s on you even though you never were trained on it. They act cool at first but it’s all a scheme. Upper management pushes for micromanagement heavy giving unrealistic goals and things that you can’t even control. It’s always the recruiter fault people come and go like flies in this company. Office is messy but it’s just an office. Parking lot is 5-10mins from the office which makes you late all the time. They push for one goal then change up and push for another one leaving you stuck and becoming overwhelmed.
