Pros

PM seems to genuinely care about the work force and has argued for benefit returns not established in the beginning such as Jury / Bereavement and time off flexibility and advanced leave.

Cons

Salary / Benefits took a hit due to government LPTA sourcing. Would have occurred regardless of which company won.
