Terrible Management - Graphic Designer Zeikos Employee Review

Management is great. They don’t micromanage, as long as you’re doing your job, they don’t bother you. They’re understanding and flexible with schedule. Great coworkers.

I have been working for this company less than a year and so far i haven’t seen any major issues.

Understanding management. If you have real concerns and are able to articulate realistic issues you are having with projects, they are willing to help you. If you are just complaining just to be complaining or you are wanting to push a little harder to complete the work, then the issue is not the project at hand, it's your personal worth ethic. Flexible with schedule. They are forgiving if you need to take days off or are late or need to leave early for certain situations. I have to say, it feels like a family away from family working here. Everyone is friendly with eachother. We laugh & joke. We have gatherings or little parties for random "holidays" like Halloween, baby celebrations. We are a pretty casual group. But when we have to do work you just gotta focus and buckle down. A lot of paid holidays!! A LOT

Sometimes there are tight deadlines. But that happens everywhere you work at. The place is a little far form the parkway The salesman can be annoying.
