      poor salary, extremely limited and difficult growth opportunities, lack of transparency, poor management, lacking IT/eDC infrastructure that is behind the ball and the times with competitors in the clinical research field

      Base pay is decent but that’s about it

      Cons

      Everything. Starting from how unorganized this company is and the interview process was a nightmare. Ghosting to the offer to how unorganized the matrix within the company is I wouldn’t recommend working here for more than a bridge year.
