      Low salary, bonus depends on the projects you worked on so it gets competitive to get projects, freelance kind of workstyle

      1)Really bad benefits plan. 2)Senior management lies about comp plan / will not pay out agreed compensation. 3)Product itself lacks behind competition in regards to innovation. 4) No opportunity for career growth 5)Low Baseline Salary

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers who all work hard in completing tasks.

      Cons

      management seems to think they know all. Lots of responsibility without getting compensated. Management brings in foreign guest into office workspace to show off.
