      Pros

      There is absolutely no pros at this pathetic ZIM India office! Company might be good, but the people managing it a worst, most horrendous.

      Cons

      It has the worst Management in the corporate. Has absolutely spineless HR, and completely biased management. 0% employee oriented, and 100% management and the favourite people oriented and worst place to work. They humiliate, mentally torture employees. I was treated bad just because I resigned. Treat resigned employees as traitor! Absolutely inhumane people are managing the company India.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
