      Pros

      Whenever I had questions towards something, I always received support from my TL and they never left me in the dark. My collogues and management did helped me a lot to integrated into the company, and I am very happy i did not gave up in the begging! I am very happy I choose Yource for my second family!

      Cons

      At the beginning of the training, I felt a bit unconfident if I will understand the process, as the training seemed a bit difficult and too much detailed.

      Pros

      I worked remotley in Bulgaria for one of the projects, as i relocated with my family and we choose to live in a quite and peacefull village, rather than the big city. I am grateful for the support i receive, and i never felt left behind throughout the process, even though i work online from home.

      Cons

      The only thing that bothered me, is that i wish they organized more teambuildings even for the remote agents, so we can get to know eachother in person as well. Overall i am happy with my working experience in YOURCE.
