      Pros

      Very good pay, even if you're just starting You've a lot of autonomy in how you work and in setting your schedule Everything- from payroll to material procurement- is tightly systematized

      Cons

      Not a strong sense of community, but that's just the nature of the job, so it's not really a con, but it's something to be aware of. You feel like like an autonomous agent more than a well-supported member of a larger team.

      Thanks for your review. I appreciate that you liked the pay and autonomy. I understand your feedback about the sense of community. During Covid, it was difficult to provide a sense of community. But we're going to resume some activities that will foster a sense of community.

      Pros

      I worked with the team at Your Score Booster for more than a year and really enjoyed working with them. Professionalism and the highest level of integrity keeps them so successful. The tutors they hire are top notch and the students benefit greatly from their time with them. Highly recommended as both a service and an employer.
