Great place to start a career with some good people - Team Lead Young Consulting Employee Review

Pros

The work itself is not bad and there are a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. A lot of the people that do the work are really nice and will work with you. They match 401K (a little).

Cons

Upper management is not good. Poor leadership and a lack of support. The president is a micromanager and will make projects more difficult. Beware trying to make decisions that will be criticized and then offer no other guidance. Not great pay, high deductible healthcare plan, no defined career paths, no long term planning, no real HR, no investment opportunity, and no real culture.

Pros

Pays weekly which is nice

Cons

My experience with Young Management & Consulting has been profoundly disappointing and, frankly, unethical. This agency consistently fails to honor the benefits outlined in their offer letters, which is a significant breach of trust. What's worse, they have a disturbing pattern of changing critical policies with less than 24 hours' notice, always when it clearly benefits them at the expense of their employees. It's evident that Young Management & Consulting manipulates employment law to suit their own agenda, rather than ensuring fair treatment for their staff. They strategically embed loophole language in every policy, allowing them an "out" to disregard their commitments whenever it serves their bottom line. This practice creates an incredibly unstable and unreliable work environment. If you are considering working with this agency, I strongly advise you to proceed with extreme caution. The disparity between what's promised and what's delivered is vast, and their operational ethics are questionable at best. They prioritize their own convenience and profit over the well-being and fair treatment of their employees.
