We’ve been in business for over 30 years, have served thousands of clients in our company’s history and strive to create the best possible experience for our YBC family, clients and vendors. Maybe we are too assertive when designing and building our client’s projects. We take what we do very seriously and work very hard to ensure that our obligations/expectations as the Premier Timber Bridge Builder are met. Days are spent planning and strategizing how to best approach and complete a project to the complete satisfaction of our clients, while still being generous to our YBC family. Your employment with our company was no different, as was our responsibility on the projects you worked on. We are passionate about what we do and we wear our heart on our sleeve when we’re working. We agree that are not your “typical” Bridge company as we are always striving to stretch our creative and technical abilities and deliver stunning structures that last for generations. These are values we find important, that may not agree with everyone - and that is ok! We are so grateful for our YBC Field & Office Family. As a small business we aim to demonstrate our gratitude by providing generous bonuses, PTOs, profit sharing plans and over triple the number of paid holidays of anyone we know!
